Our privacy-first approach

Crono Care Coach is built with privacy as its foundation. Your (health) data is personal and sensitive, and we believe it should remain entirely under your control.

Data collection and storage

All data you register in the app remains locally on your iPhone. This includes:

Daily activity input
Activity registrations
Stimuli
Daily scores
Personal action plan
Insights and analyses

We have no access to this data. It is not sent to our servers and is not shared with third parties.

iCloud-backup

If you choose to use the app's automatic backup feature, your data is automatically stored in your personal iCloud. This happens via Apple's secure infrastructure. Important points about iCloud backup:

The backup is stored in your own iCloud account
We have no access to your iCloud data
You can enable or disable this feature at any time
Apple's own privacy policy applies to iCloud storage

The automatic backup feature is disabled by default. You must enable this feature yourself.

Manual backup

You can choose to manually create a backup and store it at a location of your choice. You determine this location yourself, and we have no access to or control over it.

Feedback & support data

When you request feedback or support via the app, we collect the following information:

Your name
Your email address
Your Apple ID (if necessary)
App version (automatically collected)
Your feedback or question

Purpose of collection: This data is used exclusively to process your feedback, provide support, and improve the app.

Storage and processing: This data is processed and stored on servers within the European Union. We use third parties such as Crisp and Linear, where they act as data processors.

Retention period: Feedback data is retained as long as necessary to process your request and for quality monitoring, with a maximum of 3 years.

Sharing with third parties: This data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
